Family to Family (Virtual)- May 21 to June 13


This free program for Adults (18 and older) is comprised of a series of eight (8) classes for the families of persons with serious and persistent brain disorders (mental illnesses). These classes represent a new concept and curriculum. Teachers are family members themselves who have a loved one living with mental illness.  The course has been designed and written by an experienced family member-mental health professional. The Family-to-Family course balances education and skill-training with self-care, emotional support and empowerment.

These classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The class dates are May 21, May 23, May 28, May 30, June 4, June 6, June 11, June 13

Family-to-Family classes are offered virtually using the Zoom platform. Audio and Camera are necessary for this Family-to-Family class.

After registering on the NAMI event page, you will receive a confirmation email. Then an email from regarding the Zoom virtual confirmation and Zoom JOIN link once the class is full.
