NAMI San Diego’s Connection Support Groups are FREE. These support groups are open ONLY to people who have a mental health condition. NAMI Connection: Casual & relaxed. Share challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. FREE, flexible. Open to residents of both San Diego and Imperial Valley.
