Family Voice- The CARE Act

Please join us for an informative Family Voice on Tuesday, August 26th at 1:00 PM as we learn more about the CARE Act.

The Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment Act, also known as the CARE Act program, is a voluntary treatment and supports program for eligible individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorder or other psychotic disorders. This meeting will discuss how the CARE program may be of use to you, a loved one, or possibly even a roommate. Attendees will also gain knowledge about the program, who is involved in the process, who can file a petition, who is eligible to receive services through CARE and more.
