This free program for Adults (18 and older) is comprised of a series of eight (8) classes for the families of persons with serious and persistent brain disorders (mental illnesses). These classes represent a new concept and curriculum. Teachers are family members themselves who have a loved one living with mental illness. The course has been designed and written by an experienced family member-mental health professional. The Family-to-Family course balances education and skill-training with self-care, emotional support and empowerment
These classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM! Class dates are April 6, April 8, April 13, April 15, April 20, April 22, April 27 and April 29.
