Accessible, impactful support for individuals with
mental illness and their loved ones

A non-crisis phone service run by Peer Support Specialists who have lived experience.
The Warmline provides callers with information, referrals, support, and empathy. This service has become a valuable tool for individuals in the community who may be isolated or struggling with the symptoms of mental challenges to seek comfort, coping skills, and the reassurance that they are being heard by someone who has “been there, done that”.
The individuals taking calls are all trained Peer Support Specialists who have experience or personal knowledge of mental health challenges, recovery and services.
The Warmline serves adults 18 years or age or older that live in the San Diego County
The Warmline operates 7 days a week, except major holidays. Operating hours are from 3:30pm to 11pm.
The Helpline serves adults 18 years or age or older that live in the San Diego County
The Helpline operates Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Designed to connect individuals and their family members with resources in the community.
The Helpline is run by trained volunteers that will answer general questions regarding navigating resources like housing, support groups, who to contact for crisis intervention for a loved one, questions regarding clubhouses or crisis houses, what is Laura’s Law, how to have difficult conversations, etc.
Online Family Support Group
A free group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of mental health conditions
Family support groups are lead by trained peers that follow a structured model ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to be heard and get what they need. This was designed for adult loved ones of people with mental health conditions. By sharing your experiences in a safe setting, you can gain hope and develop supportive relationships.
This group allows your voice to be heard and provides an opportunity for your personal needs to be met. It encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. You will benefit from others experiences, discover your inner strength and empower yourself by sharing your experiences in a non judgmental space.

Online Connections
Support Group
A free group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of mental health conditions
Connections support group will lead to you gaining insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others and the groups are lead by trained leaders that have all been there. By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting, you can gain hope and feel a sense of connection.
This group will help you aim for better coping skills, find strength in sharing experiences, not judge anyone’s pain, forgive yourself and reject guilt, embrace humor as healthy, accept that you cannot solve every problem and understand that mental health conditions are no ones fault and can be traumatic.

Un grupo gratuito para cualquier adulto con un ser querido que haya experimentado síntomas de problemas de salud mental
Los grupos de apoyo familiar están dirigidos por pares capacitados que siguen un modelo estructurado que garantiza que todos tengan la oportunidad de ser escuchados y obtener lo que necesitan. Esto fue diseñado para los seres queridos adultos de personas con problemas de salud mental. Al compartir sus experiencias en un entorno seguro, puede ganar esperanza y desarrollar relaciones de apoyo.
Este grupo permite que se escuche su voz y brinda la oportunidad de satisfacer sus necesidades personales. Fomenta la empatía, el debate productivo y el sentido de comunidad. Te beneficiarás de las experiencias de otros, descubrirás tu fuerza interior y te empoderarás compartiendo tus experiencias en un espacio sin prejuicios.

San Diego: All clubhouses are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Imperial County: Hey! Cafe Clubhouse is open Monday - Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Our clubhouses serve individuals living with mental health concerns by proving a dignified space for members that promotes continuing recovery.
They offer in-house resources, case management, outreach, and referrals to support participants in accessing mental health and housing services.
