TAY Mental Health Project
Transition Age Youth Mental Health Program (TAYMHP) assists individuals who are clients of the San Diego Regional Center in Imperial County and who are not effectively accessing mental health services at school districts.
Transition Age Youth Mental Health Program (TAYMHP) is conducted by NAMI San Diego in partnership with the San Diego Regional Center in Imperial County. Our project is funded by the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) in partnership with the Department of Developmental Services.
Who is eligible for TAYMHP?
- Individuals aged 14-22 who live in the Imperial Valley
- Are served by the San Diego Regional Center and have a dual diagnosis or are at risk of developing a mental health condition

Coordinated Family Supports
Coordination of Family Support (CFS) is a free and confidential program designed for those 18 years of age or older who live with their family in Imperial County, are clients of the San Diego Regional Center, and are not effectively familiar with community resources.
Coordination of Family Support (CFS) providers will prepare a service plan designed to help reduce or eliminate barriers to remaining in the family home, address challenges, and achieve goals. Services will be provided in a way that respects the language and culture of individuals and their families, and services will be tailored, individualized, and flexible to meet individuals' needs and preferences.
Who is eligible for CFS?
- People 18 years of age and older who live with their family in Imperial County
- Served by the San Diego Regional Center

Coordinated Family Supports - Español
Coordinación de Apoyo Familiar (CFS) es un programa gratuito y confidencial diseñado para mayores de 18 años) que viven con su familia en el Condado de Imperial y que son clientes del Centro Regional de San Diego en el Condado de Imperial y que no están efectivamente familiarizados con los recursos comunitarios.
Coordinación de Apoyo Familiar (CFS) Los proveedores de CFS prepararán un plan de servicios diseñado para ayudar a reducir o eliminar las barreras para permanecer en el hogar familiar, abordar los desafíos y alcanzar las metas. Los servicios se brindarán de una manera que respete el idioma y la cultura de las personas y sus familias, y los servicios se adaptarán, individualizarán y serán flexibles para satisfacer las necesidades y preferencias de las personas.

Clubhouses
Imperial County: Hey! Cafe Clubhouse is open Monday - Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Our clubhouses serve individuals living with mental health concerns by proving a dignified space for members that promotes continuing recovery.
They offer in-house resources, case management, outreach, and referrals to support participants in accessing mental health and housing services.
Hey! Cafe Clubhouse
Hey Cafe Clubhouse is a space designed for, as well as shaped and driven by, teens and young adults ages 14 to 25. Our clubhouse provides a relaxing and a vital space for you, along with a sense of belonging, where you will be empowered to reach your full potential.
A few of our key offerings include: Life Skills Training, Mentoring, Tutoring, Employment Support, Peer Support, Wellness Resource, and Recreation
