Participants are individuals 18 years or older who identify as having a mental health challenge (peers). Participants are looking for hope, encouragement and one-on-one Peer support.
Companions are either peers living in recovery, a family member of a loved one who is living with mental health challenges, or a Mental Health Champion who wants to provide support to those seeking recovery.
Program Companions and Participants have the opportunity to meet up in the community. Together, they may explore a museum exhibit, go hiking, watch a movie, enjoy a walk in the park, attend a local community event, go to a coffee shop and much more!
