NAMI San Diego Helpline
The NAMI San Diego Helpline is a telephone service for families,
friends and those affected by serious mental illness. If you need information about
Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD),
Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder,
Childhood SED, or other serious mental illnesses, give us a call at the
NAMI San Diego Helpline. Our phones are staffed by family
members and consumers who understand.
Meetings - San Diego County
Find information on meetings being held in San Diego County. Meeting information
is included from:
- NAMI San Diego
- NAMI North Inland - San Diego County
- NAMI North Coastal - San Diego County
- NAMI - Schizophrenics in Transition (SIT)
- NAMI - Patton State Hospital
All regular meetings are free and open to
the public. (Please check ahead to verify that the information on
the meeting you want to attend is up-to-date and accurate.)

In an effort to serve our members and others affected by mental illnesses
(that is all of us!) more efficiently and effectively, we have made the
NAMI San Diego Advocate available by e-mail. The Advocate is published
10 times a year. As a subscriber, you will automatically receive our E-newsletters.

The Alliance Advocate is a monthly publication of NAMI San Diego. With our Alliance Advocate
newsletter you get the latest information about NAMI San Diego. Find information about
mental illnesses and treatments, upcoming events, political action information, meeting information,
client/consumer resources and, basically, what we, at NAMI San Diego, are up to.
